Q. Where do I go to apply for a job?
Open positions are posted on our website at www.kerzner.com.

Q. What if I don't have a computer, internet access or an e-mail address?
You can visit any internet café or library nearest you and log on to Hotmail, Yahoo or MSN to set up an e-mail address/account.

Q. Why do I need to create UserName and Password?
To ensure the privacy and security of your information, we ask that you create a username and password. By logging on and using your name and password, you can check on the status of your application. Please be sure to keep your username and password confidential. Creating a username and password allows you to create a user profile. Once a profile is created, you’ll be able to apply for different positions without having to complete a new job application.

Q. How do I know my application was received?
At different intervals during the application process, you will receive a status update by e-mail.

Q. What happens if I forgot my password?
If you forgot your password, please select “login help” and enter either your username or email address. Your username and password will then be emailed to you.

Q. Can I change information on my application at any time?
Once your initial application is submitted, applicants are unable to amend any of the information listed under the Personal, Basic or Background section of the application form.

Q. Can I attach my resume on the online application?
Yes. You can attach your resume to your application, along with a cover letter by following the instructions. We do prefer that resumes be attached to your application.

Q. Can I view and print my application.
Yes. You can view and print your application from the “My Account” page found on the menu option.

Q. Can I change the position I have applied for?
You may change the position for which you applied by visiting our website www.kerzner.com Click on the “My Account’ button on the main page, log in and make necessary changes.

Q. What should I bring with me to an interview?
The interviewer will advise you as to what documents, if any, you will be required to bring with you. We always recommend that you bring a copy of your resume to a scheduled interview.

Q. With whom will I be interviewing?
You will interview with a Human Resources Representative or Manager when applicable.

Q. What is the next step after I complete an application on-line?
You will receive automated responses during the application process via email and may also be contacted directly by a Human Resources Representative.

Q. How long will it take for me to hear from you about my application?
Where applicable, you will receive immediate e-mail responses. Please continue to check your personal email.

Q. How do I find out what positions are available?
You may visit our website at www.kerzner.com.

Q. How often can I view open positions?
You can view open jobs as many times as you may need to.

Q. Can I fill out a paper application?
We’re proud to say we’ve gone ‘GREEN’ and no longer use paper applications. We are committed to making our recruitment process efficient by providing access to an internet application process.

Q. Can I apply for a job by visiting the Resort or offices and/or sending in my resume?
Unfortunately no. The initial step of our recruitment process is on-line and will require that you complete an application electronically.

Q. What happens if I don't see a position I want to apply for?
If you do not see a position you wish to apply for, it means the position is not currently available. You are able to create a user profile without applying for a specific position.
